Heyooo!! Unfortunately I’m moving out of this incredible flat which is located in centre Morningside/Kingsland and looking for a couple (or baller single) to fill in the room!

The room is HUGE and can fit a double bed with lots of extra space for bedside tables, desk, shelves etccccc and also comes with a massive built in wardrobe! Room also has big windows so you get plenty of light during the day 🌞 comes unfurnished. Flat has a big living space, kitchen and also a deck and garden area which is perfect for a Beer or two in the in!🥂 and you’ll be sharing a bathroom with 3 others! It’s a quick 5 minute walk to Morningside train station and heaps of bus stops too.

Flatties: You’ll be living with 2 girls and a guy (couple and single) who are all in their early 20’s and studying! They’re a social bunch, enjoy a good movie night/flat takeaways but however are respectful of each others own spaces !!

Rent is $370 a week for a couple INCLUDING expenses ($185 each) or $340 for single! Bond will be discussed later on between flatmates 😊😊 Looking for someone to fill the room ASAP fairly desperate so Flick me a message if you’re interested!!
