About the room
It’s in a prime location, in between CBD and newmarket. Walking distance to newmarket is approx 15mins.
Large bedroom size available as it is a master bedroom so is very spacious.
It is 4 stories townhouse, so you would be sharing a floor with one other person so you would have more privacy but still be able to socialise with the other flatmates if you would like in the communal area.
All utilities are included in the rent price. The communal area is fully furnished so you would just need to get furniture for your bedroom. Quiet and safe area with working professionals.
About the roomies
Jessica (Me) - Full-time working. In my spare time, I enjoy staying active, baking with flatmates, socialising and spending time with other flatmates.
Paniz - She is a postgrad student who is working full-time. She enjoys going to the gym and watching lots of movies and Netflix.
