Hiii all, posting on behalf of these flatties!

It is a brand new house located in Blockhouse Bay, in a very nice, quiet area, and safe neighbourhood. And super close to beaches and trails if you love nature walks, or runs! Just a 3 min walk to Craigavon Park. 10 min walk to Green Bay Beach and Blockhouse Bay reserve!

Especially ideal if you have a car as it’s a 5 min drive to Blockhouse Bay town centre, where there are takeaway shops and a Countdown. 10min drive to the Lynfield shopping plaza too. 10 min drive to Lynn Mall where they have everything you’d need!! 10 min drive to the motorway during quieter times, and closer to 25mins during peak traffic. Plus if you rely on public transport there are 3 different bus routes with bus stops within a 10 min walk in each direction.

Gorgeous kitchen with all new appliances! House is mostly furnished. The room is cozy and has a decent wardrobe with lots of storage space, plus space in the garage to store things! It is not furnished, but I can confirm it comfortably fits a king single; desk; small shelves and small drawers! The room is the only one on the ground floor and has a sliding door to the outside for private coming and goings if you’re more of an independent person!

The rent is $190, plus $20 utilities for power, internet, water and other flat essentials. The bond is $795 and one week’s rent in advance.

They are a group of three females in their early 20s. They are looking for a fourth female to complete our flat family! Two of them are studying/working and one working full time, so happy to have either a student or working lady!! They all have busy schedules but love spending time together at the end of the day and over the weekends! They enjoy watching movies together, and going on late-night shopping trips 😉or going for runs in the local reserve. They attend church themselves but are open-minded people to others!
