Newbury Place

We are looking for a couple or single to fill our Master bedroom and ensuite with walk in wardrobe (unfurnished) in Albany, Schnapper rock, Auckland. Room costs $260 excluding expenses (bills split between each person approximately $100 a month). Available from Monday October 2nd

It’s a 5 bedroom house near Albany highway, a quiet neighbourhood, large lounge with projector and large kitchen

• Close to the Gym (City fitness) less than 5 min drive
• Bus stop close (4 min walk)
• 11-15min drive to Albany and constellation
• Parking available in the street and two spaces in the driveway
• House is furnished -Fiber Internet -Massive projector in lounge which you can stream any show/Netflix with stereo -washing machine, dryer. -Fridge + freezer shared with one other person

There are 1 girl and 3 guys, ages from 22-29. We are quite chill and social and can usually be up for a chat, movie, or drink!
