Looking for a comfortable, secure home? Room avail in house close to city centre, with 40s woman and super friendly Vizsla. Choose 1 of 2 good-sized rooms - the other room will be a study and spare room for our guests to stay 😊 Two heatpumps & HRV means aircon or heating upstairs and downstairs. Double wardrobes in each room. Separate b/room and toilet plus second toilet downstairs. Garage and a bit of extra storage if you need it. On sunny days the house is light and bright. There’s a small outdoor area with a bbq.

I’m into hiking, paddleboarding, MTB and general outdoorsy stuff. I work in marketing and love having people over from time to time. You’ll be working fulltime, clean, tidy, friendly and must love dogs. Would prefer someone 30 and up and no couples but open to chat with people who don’t fit that criteria. Just want to share with good people 😊
