Liz's room

We have a single cabin with a covered deck (not in photos) situated in our backyard to rent. The cabin is carpeted and insulated with strong internet connection. The yard is fully fenced with private parking and private entrance to the cabin area. Our home is reasonably modern and backs on to Pukete Farm Park near the base shopping centre (within walking distance). You would have single use of a toilet which is situated off the laundry at the back door (very close to the cabin). Kitchen and main bathroom are shared.

Living in the home is myself, a 36 year old social worker and my mum who is in her 60’s and has her own space attached to the garage at the front of the house, she also works as a support worker. We are looking for a kind, young, female flat mate who doesn’t mind living with three children, aged 2, 10 and 13. You will need to be okay with animals as we have a dog, rabbit and cats.
