Jerry's room

there are two available bedrooms (identical in size and layout) downstairs, plus a bathroom + second lounge to chill in. A double bed, desk and bedside table will be provided with the room. You will be sharing the bathroom downstairs between the two bedrooms. Kitchen and main dining/lounge area are upstairs, with nice deck & beach view. you will also be sharing a separate fridge with the other flattie

location is 10 min walk from brownsbay shopping area/beach/countdown, 5 min walk to bustop and quick drive to albany bus station/mall/massey uni

we are looking to get a cat in the near future too so prefer cat lovers

rent includes water/electricity/fiber. To move in will be 2 weeks rent in advance + 400 bond

we are a young couple in our 20s, both working full time. we will be occupying the rooms upstairs
