About the room
MASSIVE room located near the warehouse on Tory available for takeover from July 18th.
Rent is $235 and expenses are paid as they come but between the five of us end up being around $50 a month.
Flat has a large lounge, two bathrooms (with two showers) and is walking distance to every uni campus (Te Aro Campus is less than 5 minutes away). Heaps of ammenities close by including Moore Wilson’s.
I’ve lived here for three years and am only moving out as my friend has bought a house.

About the roomies
You’ll be living with two young professionals and two students that are about to finish. Three males and one female. Everyone is super friendly but we mostly do our own thing.
