Nice, new, warm place. Walking distance to Ham East shops and Hamilton Gardens, large room with big wardrobe and your own ensuite downstairs, house is all furnished, there’s a bunk in your room which I’m going to be selling. (Unless you want to use it 🤣) Living area and kitchen is upstairs and fairly small but I’ve got a coffee machine 😁 There is parking along the driveway but not in front of the house.

I’m in my 30’s, a single mum, I have my 5 year old half the time, also my cat lives here every second month. I’m an introvert, but social. Don’t have parties here but enjoy a few drinks and a good yarn or watching Netflix.
