-Surrounded by native bush and bordering reserve, it is a peaceful environment, with birdlife and a natural stream flowing behind the courtyard area all adding to this tranquil location.

-Beautifully designed with quality European fixtures and fittings and a great layout for comfortable living.

-Private courtyard garden off the lounge extends the living space.

-The ground floor open living space gets plenty of light through the large sliding doors.

-Brand new, fully equipped kitchen space with breakfast bar area.

-Appliances provided include a kettle, fridge and freezer, oven, induction cooktop, toaster, and washing machine.

-Shared bathroom and toilet
