Fully furnished room with a queen bed and TV. Great location, close to Jervois and Ponsonby Rd. Suit someone who is traveling and wants something short term. Great outdoor area in the summer. Theres 1 bathroom but a spare toilet. Rent includes power, water and internet. There is also off street parking. You will need to love dogs because I am getting a golden retriever puppy in Feb. You need to be clean, tidy and quiet

You will be sharing with me, I own the house, a kiwi and a couple from Chile. We are pretty quiet.
