Big, spacious house on the hills of Cashmere with a built-in sauna and outdoor pool!!!

We are moving out of our double bedroom with private bathroom and additional office room, to purchase our own home. The room/study/bathroom are all located on the ground-floor of the house and being the only room downstairs feels super private.

Because this is for 2 rooms we are also open to accepting 2 single people for the rooms as well, you will just be sharing the bathroom

Our current lease extends to January with the possibility of renewing/extending

Current flatmates are in their mid 20s - 30s, pretty laid back, into the outdoors and like to keep a tidy and quite flat. Love a shared meal and a yarn.
