Apartment has large open plan living areas with high ceilings and skylights which are perfect for sunny days! Also has a small enclosed balcony off the living area. Large fully stocked kitchen with plenty of bench space.
The room is large enough to fit a queen sized bed, drawers and a desk. Room also has a huge wardrobe and a shared ensuite bathroom.
Apartment is fully furnished, all you’d need is bedroom furniture.
We are a chill flat that loves to socialise and hang out as a group, occasionally cook as a flat and have frequent movie nights. Also have the occasional drink on a Friday evening, but not a party flat.
Rent is $240 per week, expenses are about $30 per week, bond is $960
