Huge double room available in a lovely Lyall Bay flat! The room is spacious with a working fireplace, a sunroom (shared with one flatmate), bay windows. It’s a special room that you can make your own! The house is located in a quiet and beachy street, around the corner from two cafes, one restaurant, a dairy at the end of the road and bus stop with easy access to Kilbirnie, Newtown and town. The beach is two minutes away and there’s plenty of storage for surf boards, and bikes. There are tons of walking tracks in the hills by the house. Supermarkets, vets, pharmacy etc 15min walk or 2min drive away. The house has three sheds and a garage, lots of storage! Plenty of on street parking. Sunny garden with a generous lemon tree. Cats are welcome and many neighborhood cats pass by. There is a heat pump, a dining room and living room as well. There are 3 other flatmates all mid to late 20s, working and very relaxed. It’s a social but not overwhelming environment, always a good chat available. We have a private landlord who is really responsive, easy going and generally a kind reasonable person.
