Hi I’m looking for one easy going flatmate to share 4 bdrm home & garage with me and my cat. House is an older style character 4 bdrm Bungalow set on a sunny fully fenced, safe, private, tree lined section.situated in a quiet culdesac, yet very handy location! only 3 mins drive or easy walk to motorways, shops, train etc. House has 1 bathroom with 2 separate toilets, an office, Large garage currently used for hobbies, storage, outdoor stuff etc.
Rent is $260 per week for double room ( fits queen bed and furniture, has a built in wardrobe ). Have a smaller room you can rent too if you like, if so, rent both rooms for $350 per week… Move in cost is $550 plus the weeks rent in advance. Rent includes; fibre broadband, reasonble use of power, water and lawns mowed. *Food, groceries, toiletries is EXTRA. One flatmate only (may consider part time parent, if renting both rooms). Ideal flatmate would be preferably independent, easy going, reliable, honest, tidy, pref working or studying full time.

Share with one other female 49 & a cat. Easy going, honest, pretty quiet, not many visitors, I don’t mind odd drink, but def not a party house. No heavy drinker etc wanted, or lots of visitors wanted.
