Kia Ora, we are looking for a flatmate to fill in a furnished single bedroom that is available from 13th August. The room comes with a bed, a bedside table, a mirror, and a built-in wardrobe.

Rent is $190 + $35 expenses (electricity, internet, and household utilities), so it’s $225 per week. The entire downstairs area and a bathroom with a toilet will be shared between you and a female tenant. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, so it’s very private and quiet.

Location: the house is in Newlands suburb and is close to New World, parks and walking tracks. The nearest bus that goes to CBD is only 3 mins walk from the house and it takes 25-30 mins. If you drive, it takes ~ 15 minutes to get to CBD and 4 mins to central Johnsonville.

We offer open-ended contract, meaning that you can stay as long as you want, and you can move out as soon as the notice period ends without having to find someone to replace your spot.

I and my partner are both professionals in our late 20s/early 30s. We also have 2 cats living with us - they are 2 years old and are brother and sister.
