Beautiful, designer open-plan living. 5 minute walk to city centre. Living with single 31 y/o professional. Move in date might have some flexibility.

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with extra toilet townhouse, but the 3rd room is really small so being used as an office (office is to share. Has sitting/standing desk, chair, lamp). Master bedrooom with ensuite available. Fully furnished (high-end quality mattress, side table w/lamps, TV, extra cabinet) - all you need is your suitcase! Single garage is currently being used but has more storage capacity. I’ve provided all furnishings for the house including 65“ television with Apple TV and most streaming services. Also a super comfortable recliner couch with fold down center table and charging station, perfect for laptop use etc.

Current housemate and co-lessee is leaving the country, so you’ll take his place on the lease which is set to renew in October and handled by Harcourts (hence the background check). We can discuss what term length we’d both prefer to renew the lease (6 months or 1 year).

On street parking. All expenses are shared (power/internet/gas). Singles preferred. Couples might be considered, but rental would increase.

I’m 31 years old, South African, full-time Engineer / part-time web-designer, and gym enthusiast! I happily keep myself occupied but always up for something social or a couple drinks on the weekend.

Living with me: I’m a considerate housemate and keep my space tidy. I’m independent by nature, and most people consider me very easy to get a long with. Generally I’m 60% introverted 40% extraverted, if that helps!
