Off street parking space available or on street parking if more than one vehicle. Dishwasher, washer/dryer combo, gas hot water, fibre Internet and heat pump. House is just over 2 years old. Bills will be split accordingly ie power and Internet which is 800mbps up and down. No smokers at all, vaping is okay.
