Medium Bedroom available in old villa house in Newtown, the bedroom can easily fit a king-size bed and draws, shelving anf also has a wardrobe.

The House has a working fireplace, heat pump, and an DVS system. There is a washing machine, dishwasher that belongs to the house, and a large fridge with a freezer which is mine with plenty of room for everyone. The house comes with an alarm and there is a large front yard, so if you have a green thumb there’s plenty of space to grow things.

The house is located away from street level, with a private driveway making the house nice and quiet. It is a 5-minute walk from Wellington Hospital, a 5-minute walk from Southern Cross hospital, and a 15-minute walk from Wakefield hospital. So would be perfect for anyone working in healthcare, there are multiple buses to get you into the city, but you could also walk there in 20 minutes. The Newtown markets run every Sunday and is just a 5-minute walk.

Countdown supermarket is 10 minutes down the road and there are plenty of walking tracks in the surrounding area.

The landlord is awesome and I have a great relationship with him, he fixes things when needed and in a timely manner, and the neighbors are friendly and welcoming.

Im happy to more furniture and make the space fit the both of us and both of us and so everyone feels at home. It’s a two bedroom house so it will be just me, so if your looking for a quiet place where you can chill and not navigate through multiple flatmates this is the perfect space.

I’m in my mid 30’s and work full-time in the public sector. I have a busy lifestyle so am in and out so you will get plenty of space at home. When I’m at home I love to chill out and watch trashy TV or take the time to read.
