The house is warm, dry and in the middle of the Kilbirnie shopping area.
The room is not furnished. It has a large wardrobe and a cute skylight window that opens up as well as a window so the room is super bright. The house comes furnished with washing machine, freezer, fridge, dryer and kitchenware. There is a lot of space in the living room and bathroom as well.
There is no street parking but free parking around the corner (2min walk) and there is a bus stop right outside the door and around the corner (2, 3, 12, 14, 18, 20)
About the roomies
The current flatmates are myself (29F), my daughter who roomshares with me (8F). We love to have our own time and the child is super respectful and easy to get along with.
