This house has stunning views over Lyall Bay and is only 2 years old.
I am sadly moving out due to relocating to Auckland 🥲
Rent is $270 per week (excl expenses) and bond is $1000.
Plenty of street parking available and the bus stop is about a 30 second walk away!
The house is fully furnished, so all you will need is your bedroom furniture!
Move in date is flexible, but looking at around the start of August.

About the roomies
You will be living with two stellar flatmates in their early 20’s (one male and one female). Both are yo pro’s who love a social drink, a trip to the Sunday market and the gym 💪 Both are clean and tidy and respectful of one another’s space!
