These rooms are $250 and $220 each and bond is 4 weeks rent. The flat is in a perfect location 20 km from Auckland town. It has a carport and nice off road parking and is located right off of dominion rd which boasts some of the best asian food restaurants in the country. A bus route comes along dominion rd otherwise it is a very short Uber to the train station. It is a few minute walk from a football park and 10 minute walk from a basketball court, and a 10 minute drive to K rd.

We will be taking our own furniture with us from our bedrooms. We are hoping to move out mid August but if you want to fill one or both rooms earlier we don’t mind.

One of the flatmates currently living here is Jesse. He media student who enjoys film, music and his studies. Anyone who is shares these interests and doesn’t mind a drink would be suitable for the room. The other room is occupied by Tito and Paris, a couple who are both in the music industry and are very friendly people.
