One bedroom available from now, but move in can be negotiable over September/early October.

Double-size room in a super spacious, neat, modern 2 bedroom house in Kingston.

Room can fit a queen size bed, side tables, drawers, and a desk. It also has a built in wardrobe and is on the north side of the house (so lots of light!). It is unfurnished.

The house has a bathroom and shower upstairs with a separate toilet downstairs. Huge floor to ceiling windows throughout means the flat gets a lot of sun. It has a balcony for relaxing in summer.

The neighbourhood is very safe and there’s plenty of on-street parking on a wide road. Also some off-street parking. Only a 1 minute walk to the bus stop that takes you right into the city in about 15 mins.

You’ll be living with me, a 24-year male full-time worker. I work in news media.

The weekly rent is $300.
