🌟 Large couples room available in Mount Victoria! Gorgeous sunny house with a large garage and sheltered deck! Flatmates are moving overseas and the room is available from now.

Other flatmates are mid-late 20’s and all enjoy a few drinks on the weekend and being social (but know when to be quiet), everyone is respectful of each-others space. 2 guys and 1 girl existing.

There is also a shed/garage that can store your bigger items like bikes, kayaks etc and will be quite empty if you have a lot of stuff.

Rent is $360 + $15ea per-person for expenses and the lease runs until April 2023, but can be renewed.

Room can come with bed and drawers if needed.

Social group of existing flatties, usually busy mid week with work etc. Everyone is keen for a yarn during the week and cooking dinner
