Sophie's room

My partner and I have just returned home from being overseas, we are looking for a couple or single to join our flat in Otumoetai. -$200 per week excluding bills. (bills split monthly between flatmates) -Large room with a built in wardrobe. -Room is unfurnished. -Move in costs are 2 weeks rent & 2 weeks bond. -No pets. I work 30hrs and studying interior design, my partner runs his business from home & is always out surfing. We are easy going, friendly and clean & tidy.
