The property has 2 fridges with freezers for ease of storing sufficient food and pantry items.

Upstairs bathroom has a bath which you are free to use at any time.

The house is a lovely 4 bedroom home with private driveway, quiet garden with outside deck and patio furniture to enjoy or entertain guests for a summer BBQ. Fully furnished house (Besides your room of course). Laundry, 2 lounges, guest loo.

Property is situated 1 block away from Smales Farm, close to main bus station (15min into the CBD), motorway access, Northshore Hospital. Close to Wairau Valley for just about any stores you can think of. Milford shopping Center, Schools, Doctors Rooms. This property is central to just about anything you require.

The house is kept neat and tidy. A professional couple in their mid 40’s who stay fit and healthy living in the upstairs part of the house. We enjoy gym and the occasional bike ride or going out fishing on our boat. The home is not a party house or a busy place by any means. We enjoy peace and quiet, but happy to chat and enjoy a few social drinks around a BBQ. We have a very old cat who sleepsall day and is barely seen. Love the odd movie night or sometimes get really into having Married at First Sight dinners in front of the Telly!
