Kate's room

The flat is right by Greenwoods Corner, Epsom. One Tree Hill just up the road, and buses into the city at either end of the street. 10 to 15 minutes to the airport. There is an HRV system and heatpump. So whilst she is a wee bit tired and showing her age in places, the flat is clean, warm, dry and gets the afternoon sun. There is a garage and store room attached with internal access, so plenty of space for extra stuff that doesn’t fit in the house, if you have it. Happy to include any furniture you have in the living spaces. Only one bathroom, with a separate toilet. However I am definately not someone who has an extensive beauty routine, so you won’t be battling me to get in there! The bedroom is a good size and has an inbuilt double wardrobe. The previous occupant had a queen size bed, two dressing tables, a side table, and a lounge chair in the room, which all fitted in comfortably. This bedroom, like the lounge, gets the afternoon sun.

I am self employed and very involved in a meditation centre, so I am caught up with that quite a bit. I’m tidy, kind, considerate and not someone to kick up a fuss about nothing. I don’t drink or smoke and am a vegetarian. There is a furry co tenant named Mitty. He’s pretty shy at the outset, but a friendly guy once he gets to know you. Well behaved and well trained.
