Easy grocery shopping with Fresh Choice, New World, Countdown & Pak n Save all within 5 minutes drive. Walking distance to University & City Centre. Also a great nature walk nearby.

The house is double glazed, fully insulated and has woodburner so is warmer than the average house.

House has great indoors & outdoors vibe with plenty of decking & sunny outdoor area for relaxing & BBQ cookups.

The shower has nice high water pressure & there is clean filtered drinking water in the kitchen.

Power & internet bills are included in the rent. Also common consumables, such as laundry detergent, toilet paper etc. are included for all to use. Netflix, Amazon & Disney+ are also available for use. Preferably looking for a flatmate with stability & long term goals in Dunedin, who values a quiet, tidy household, health conscious, responsible & easygoing.

Roomies are Tim & Nicole, a 43yr old male(owner) and 33yr old female flatmate, both health conscious & studying in health sciences - Physiotherapy & “Health & Wellbeing.” We make good use the vege garden and spend much of the time in the kitchen, meal prepping, cooking & baking, otherwise just chilling outside in the sunshine, relaxing in the lounge by the fire or studying hard in our rooms. We’re mostly routine based aligned with our work/study activities during the day/evening. We both enjoy keeping fit & regularly get out of the house for physical activity, either gym, town-belt walks or shopping by foot as we’re quite centrally located.

We’re respectful, clean & quiet & keep to ourselves most of the time, but also enjoy being social & go out on regular occasion too.
