Easy grocery shopping with Fresh Choice, Countdown & Pak n Save all within 5 minutes drive. Great forest walk, with Jubilee park & a just around the corner too! It’s a friendly & quiet neighbourhood and there’s nice open spaces to relax in the sun outside & plenty of decking. The entire house is double glazed, fully insulated and has a woodburner + 2 heatpumps in the living spaces so it’s easy to get warmed up during the cooler months. The Power/internet bill, Netflix & Disney+ are included in the price. The room comes furnished with a king single bed but we can easily take it out to keep the room empty if preferred.

I’m in the final stages of my recovery so I go to the gym & physio everyday - which is basically my full-time job, it also keeps me fit & healthy so it’s great. My mum boards in the 3rd bedroom & she generally keeps to herself, but she is great to talk too. She works at Mercy Hospital.  We both have positive outlook & we’re pretty laid back & easy to talk too. We’re both tidy & keep the house in good shape.. we keep to ourselves mostly doing our own thing respectful of each others space. We’re both very active & outgoing generally but there isn’t much opportunity for us to get out together so we don’t stray too far from our daily routines.
