Temporary accommodation available in a quiet, tidy flat in Wakari. Available from 31 October until 31 December 2022. (Potentially also available up until February 2023.)

This is a very large studio room with kitchenette and heat pump. The room can come furnished with a bed, couch, fridge, tv etc if you need it. $205 per week, which includes room rent and power, unlimited fibre internet and trash collection costs.

The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, and is two stories with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a garage. The garage is available for storage of bicycles etc, so vehicle parking is on the street outside the house. There’s a large garden in the backyard if you’re keen on growing your own veges.

Due to a 5 person limit in the house, we cannot accept couples sorry. Pets and smoking are also not allowed.

The room would suit a working professional or a mature student. Current flatmates are in their mid 20s to mid 30s and include a nurse (also studying), doctor, healthcare worker and environmental consultant. With some flatmates working from home or working night shifts, we’re looking for someone who is respectful of the other flatmates who might be sleeping, studying or working at home during the day (ie: this is not a party flat, sorry).
