We are two 27 year olds (1M/1F) who just secured this awesome house! Both working with 1 also studying. We love hanging out in the communal spaces, cooking together and socialising together. 1F loves books, coffee and also appreciates some quite time at home. 1M loves to get out in nature and exercising. Both like gigs, games and the odd party.

We are really looking for someone who likes to keep things reasonably tidy and working together around the house. Also want someone who will socialise with us in living room kitchen. We all appreciate alone time but not really keen on someone who spends all their time in their room.
