Looking for a friendly, professional female in their 30s to rent a double room with two wardrobes (one double), own bathroom, with one other in main house upstairs. One shared living room with fireplace which is perfect for cosying up on the couch during the cold winter months, while still enjoying the view of the estuary and Wenderholm Regional Park. Water access from the backyard, perfect for high tide swims, paddle boarding and entertaining during the warmer summer months. No pets or smokers.
