The room is a double room on the ground floor size 3.5 X 6.2 meters, double glazed windows, fully furnished, with a double wardrobe and desk, and you will have your own entrance/porch. The bathroom (equipped with heated towel rack) will be next to the kitchenette but you will share it with one other person. There’s a kitchenette, fridge, laundry & dryer area downstairs where the room is. There’s a bbq with a side burner right on your porch. Me, my partner, and our little schnoodle live upstairs. Rent $275 + $25 utilities per week which includes reasonable use of power, water, gas and Unlimited Gigabyte internet speed. Plenty on-street parking. 5 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop to CBD, 15 minutes walk to the beach & cafes, short drive to Pak n Save, Eastridge, Supermarket & Gym.
