Quiet neighbourhood, 5 minutes drive away from Frankton’s main shopping hub, short walk to bus stop. Clean, warm home with heat pumps and double glazing. Open to couples or friends. We have another bedroom that could be available if 2 friends were looking to find a place together

We recently bought this house and moved down from Auckland. We are both early 30’s and both work fulltime. Dave works in I.T. and works from home and I work in Interior Design. We have a cat Clem who is very independent and respectful of personal space. We often head away in the weekends, otherwise we live a fairly quite life. Looking for someone short term.
