Large room for rent in 3 bedroom house with your own bathroom - $200 per week including reasonable use of power and unlimited internet. Room has been recently renovated (new paint and carpet) - also has a HRV system in the room. Sunniest room in the house, gets a lot of sun as it is off the enclosed deck. Also have a spa pool - however would only be limited use due to power costs. Free use of kitchen and laundry. Large sunny enclosed deck also which is lovely to sit under. There is also x1 parking space under the carport which is closed in. Great neighbours who keep an eye on the property, and I also have security cameras and lights so it is very safe and a quiet area. Flatmate only needs to pay one weeks rent in advance ($200.00).

One single female 25 y/o full time worker with 3 fully house trained rescue cats. I work between Thames, Hamilton and work from home occasionally also. I am very neat, tidy and clean. I am pretty outgoing and get along with most people, pretty laidback and I am quite independent. I have 3 rescue cats - they are pretty shy and mainly stick by me. Fully house trained and litterbox trained. Must be okay with cats. I have my own bedroom with an ensuite.
