About the room

The Sanctuary is a sunny, spacious home on a large section (1000m²) in Mt Albert.

The main house has four bedrooms, which is home to one woman, two men, and a lovely ginger cat. Below the house is a granny flat which is home to two women, one man, and a black tuxedo cat. No more pets welcome.

The spacious kitchen is shared with just 3 people.

Each of the bedrooms are named after birds native or endemic to Aotearoa.

The Kiwi room, with it’s own en-suite, located on the ground floor near the front door to the house, will be available from Sunday 4th December.
