A bit about the place, there is gas heating, so you won’t have to worry about a cold shower, there is heaters in every room and a big ass heat pump in the living area. The room gets all day sun and even slight harbor views. Expenses work out to be around $80 per person monthly (tends to be lower in summer). The lease ends in Feb 2023 and the room can be made available anytime between now and the 1st of August. Place is fully furnished but the room will be empty.
