One big room available in a three bedroom house. This room has a heat pump to keep you cozy. Room comes with a bed, bed side table. Study table and a chair can be provided upon request. Power bill is separate, this can be negotiated at the time of viewing. No Drugs, parties, smokers and drinkers as this is a family house.
