Character fully furnished house with magnificent views to the north and east across the Orongorongo Mountains. Absolutely quiet, no road noise, just the sea lapping the shore. Two minutes to the beach. Private with no immediate neighbours. Sheltered and sunny. Beautiful garden that you can enjoy and don’t have to maintain. Vegetable garden. Very large bedroom, and included in the rent is a separate store room/study off the room . Modern queen bed (but fine to bring your own if you have), desk and good storage and wardrobes. Separate access to downstairs sheltered lawn and garden. Garage with power for e-bikes. There are 3 bus routes within a few minutes walk from the house and I bike into the city in 20mins. Good parking on the street above the house (path 2 minutes) or down the path at the beach there is a car park.

I am a mature male working for a community mental health service. I live a healthy active lifestyle with green values. I work from home most of the time. Looking for a mature person (of any age) with regular hours who is considerate. Would consider a couple, but need to re-negotiate the room rate.
