Quiet self contained, downstairs studio space close to town, overlooking the native bush. Large room that can be curtained to create a separate bed and lounging space. It has separate kitchen, toilet & bathroom with laundry. Use of microwave, oven, washing machine & sofa bed as needed. Separate access via steps to the studio space, on street parking only. The current boarder has set it up nicely as you can see with the lounge section in front. Note: Room will be unfurnished aside from a sofa bed if needed.

There is an extra room which may become available by negotiation to a couple or person needing a home office space. Please talk to us about this.

Hello! We are a young family who have a 2 story home in central Whangarei. The room available has its own private access, bathroom and kitchenette so no need to share anything with us, but you’d be welcome to have a cuppa now and again. We have a little dog and are quite friendly but also like our quiet time. We are strictly smoke free
