Lovely townhouse short walk to Howick. Female only, as it’s shared bathroom. There is a second toilet off the garage. Your room is sunny with views out over to the city- great sunsets from the window. The house is fully furnished except for your room. However, I can provide a double bed if needed & there is a small built-in robe with shelving. There is room for a small desk or tallboy. There is a garage which I am converting , to use for extra space. The garden is lovely with trees & flowers and lots of potplants

I’m a mature female working locally 4 days per week. The fifth day I spend with my adorable granddaughter. I enjoy yoga & pilates, gardening & cooking healthy meals & the odd glass of wine with a movie. I’m after a flatmate who is easygoing & tidy. I would ideally like to see references, please. I would consider short term. No males as this is a shared bathroom.
