About the property: The place is conveniently located to walking distance to Howick village, a playground and park, supermarkets (Woolworth and New world) and bus stands. The house is a newly built multi-level house sharing a common driveway to house. The neighborhood is multi-cultural, love their own space, freedom, quietness and not welcoming parties and lot of visitors. The house owner’s family lives in the upstairs. They are working professionals, respectful, educated, and mature parents living with three children. No pets. No smokers. About the room: The room is large size room with double glaze door/windows, LED lights, new carpeted flooring, tiled bathroom and plenty of cupboards and cloth racks. A Separate lockable entrance to your private room from the driveway via deck. This entrance is separate to the main house entrance and hence no disturbances to your private space or life. The room is located in the ground floor with a large walk-in wardrobe and attached toilet and bathroom. No cooking or laundering facilities in the room. No smoking, no pets and no late night parties allowed. The room comes with a bed, table and chair, TV, heater and fan. The cost of the room includes the power and water for reasonable usage. Free Wi-Fi /internet will be provided. On-street parking.

We are looking for a working male/ female/couple who are responsible, clean, tidy, respectful and pay boarding fee on time without fail. We respect your own life, needs, space, freedom and safety as much as we value ours. We expect you to maintain cleanliness in your room, toilet/bathroom and wardrobe. This is not suitable for a person wanting to cook or wash cloths. We can provide a microwave and mini fridge on request. If you are a couple additional $75/week and we can provide a queen size bed. Preferred longer terms and boarding fees are negotiable.
