Lovely bright studio room downstairs in our home with kitchenette, off street parking and own entrance. Semi furnished (sofa bed included, other furniture can remain by request!). Bus stop only a few minutes walk at the top of our road, with the Leisure Centre close by, and the Plaza approx 10 mins walk. Beautiful location, with private beach access and sea view. Peaceful area, birdsong. Power and water $20/week. Internet included.
About the roomies
Husband and wife with 13 year old son living upstairs. We have a 5 1/2 year old large friendly dog and a middle aged cat! Our 16 year old daughter also has a room downstairs but is only home during holidays. During term time, the bathroom would be mostly sole use.
