Great location as it’s a five minute walk to Newworld, bakeries and restaurants. The place is just a quick drive away from Howick village, Botany town centre and close to beaches such as Howick, Eastern and Bucklands beach. It’s seriously such a good place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, while still having everything you need nearby!

• The house is semi-furnished: dining room set, living room furniture and kitchen crockery are all provided. All you’d need to bring is your bed, clothes and toothbrush!
• Each room comes with a built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space
• The room is $212.5 per week and monthly expenses are split evenly between flatties.
• One carport & plenty off-street parking
• Heat pump downstairs
• Large outdoor area with deck and clothes rail

Currently two females staying here. One is a student and the other a young professional. We are easygoing and have created an environment which sees the property as our own little haven to relax and live in. This is not a party house!! We enjoy the occasional movie or games night together :))
