Andrew's room

I am a very friendly ,outgoing person & the only pet i have is a cat .I’m working fulltime in retail .I have a flatmate 65 yr male ,who is retired & is outgoing .The property is Sunny, warm, & tidy.It’s fully insulated ,There is 1 bedroom for rent ,on the northside of the flat,It’s down a back section .There’s good security .The property has a shared driveway with the front flat .We also have a house cleaner who comes in once a month for a couple of hours . We all go thirds in ( $25 per month each )

I am 54 yr male ,working fulltime in retail .I have a flatmate 65 yr male ,who is retired but is still working part-time & is outgoing .We are both non smokers/vapers & are not drinkers either although ill have one on the odd occasion.
