Looking for an individual or couple to move into my house with me! Available from mid Jan, 2025.

You will have a decent size bedroom and large wardrobe, (which we are in the process of completing) and your own bathroom with a separate toilet that is part of the shared laundry.

It’s a sunny home with the main entertaining areas facing north. It’s newly renovated so it feels like a brand new home with modern finishings.

I have a large working pool, that is amazing during summer, or great for a polar plunge in winter if you are that way inclined!

I love entertaining - we have a 75“ Frame TV in the main lounge with built in wall/roof surround sound. There is wired speakers in the dining and kitchen area, and amazing outdoor speakers to enjoy while in the pool or entertaining on the deck.

The kitchen and dining area open up to the new deck, perfect for a summer BBQ!

I’m pretty easy going and love to have a few drinks now and then, but am also respectful to my neighbours.

The house is a renovated 1960s home, with with new wooden flooring and carpet, an HRV & ducted heat pump -fully insulated.

I work in the city full-time and like to spend my weekends around the house and garden, listening to vinyl records, drinking a wine or cocktail at the pool or entertaining friends. I have seasonal fruit growing to enjoy; Feijoas, Mandarins, Lemons, Limes, Peaches, Nectarines, Bananas and a selection of herbs!

I love to bake and trial new recipes, so you may have to put up with fresh baking or fried chicken on occasions.

Weekly expenses cover (additional):

• Power, Water and High-speed (maximum I can get) fibre internet, pool maintenance
• Streaming subscriptions; Apple, Amazon Prime, Disney, Netflix, Neon

I have all the furniture and appliances, you will just need to furnish your own room, supply your own towels, sheets etc… stuff you need for a room.

I also have a cat called Oliver Queen, hence why I’m not open to other pets. Additional costs: Individual - $80 p/w Couple - $120 p/w

One other person in the house. I own the house and work in the city. Love baking, gardening, wine and whisky. Love movies, games and music!
