About the room
My lovely room is now up for grabs as I am heading overseas. The room comes with a queen bed and bedside drawers (if you want them) and has an inbuilt wardrobe. It has windows which look out onto Kepa Bush Reserve.
The house is a 2 beddy unit, with one bathroom (with a bath!), lounge/dining area, large kitchen, a deck off the kitchen, laundry room and a huge storage area in the basement of the unit if you have lots of gear!
In the area: Mission Bay, Eastridge Shopping Mall (eatery and New World), Kepa Bush, bus stop at end of drive.
Additional Costs: Water costs + garden maintenance = FREE Power = approx. $55 ea monthly Wifi = approx. $48.50 ea monthly
About the roomies
Current Flatmates: 1 existing flatmate. Nate (28 y/o), works as a property manager as well as studying. Loves fried chicken and gyming.
