The house is furnished and includes storage space, a deck, patio, and covered area with great views. There’s street and driveway parking, and friendly housemates. Shops and bus stops are just a 5-minute walk away, including excellent Thai takeaways. It’s a 1-minute drive to SH1, with direct buses to major bus stations, Takapuna, Milford, and the bays. You can also walk to Milford, Takapuna, and Wairau.
Nearby, you’ll find the cheapest Pak’nSave in Auckland, Bunnings/Mitre 10, car services, Hoyts cinemas, pubs, restaurants, takeaways, and Lake Pupuke. Several beaches are also a short distance away. The house has a bath and shower with high water pressure.
About the roomies
Currently there are 2 couples, everyone is in their late 20s to early 30s, and all very social working professionals looking forward to welcoming another friendly person to the household.
