THE HOUSE 🏠 Our home is a charming 3-bedroom house in the quaint suburb of Melrose, conveniently nestled between the scenic beaches of Lyall Bay and the zoo-side of Newtown. It’s situated at the top of the hill, offering great views and abundant sunlight both morning and afternoon. The house is spacious, with plenty of storage space around the house - as well as in the garage. There are parking spots available on the street.

THE ROOM 🛏️ The available bedroom is spacious and sunny. I will remove my personal belongings, but leave the larger pieces of furniture (such as the bed and shelves) for your use. The rest of the house is fully furnished and functional. We have good heating around the house and fast unlimited fibre internet.

THE AREA 🏘️ There’s a bus stop nearby, a couple of different walks you can do, a park, Mt Albert scenic, Lyall bay / Princess Bay beach is 5m away and you’re also close to the Kilbirnie & Newtown supermarke­ts.

THE FLATMATES 👨👩 You’ll be living with Venessa and Will, both are freelance creatives - Will is also a dog-handler and Vanessa a gardener. Both live an active life and are thus often away from the house pretty often. They’re courteous and friendly, enjoying the occasional after-work chat, but mostly busy with their own lives.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR 🙋🏿‍♀️🙋🏻‍♂️ We’re ideally looking for someone easy-going that’s in their mid-twenties to late-thirties. We’re open to a social person or someone who prefers to keep to themselves. We are not a party flat though, so it’s important you align with that. Couples are negotiable.
