Downstairs room with afternoon sun and garden views around 15m2, with built in wardrobe. Some furnishing available.
House shared with me and my lively 9 year old son half-time and the occasional woofer. Oh and a friendly, smoochie cat. Located 5 min on foot from inner city. High speed internet and water included & power is extra.

I run my own businesses and look after the big gardens.. so I haven’t got a 9 to 5 job :) I do care a lot about the environment and keep my footprint to a minimum. My son stays on certain days and loves games especially Lego.
