Chloe's room

Unfurnished room is available for female student or young professional in 2-bedroom flat, Aro Valley. 15-minute walk to Cuba St with a bus stop outside that goes down Willis St and Lambton Quay. The room receives plenty of sunlight during the day, large lounge area with a bay window is perfect for soaking up the sun. We have a neighbourhood cat that loves to lounge on the deck and receive cuddles for any cat lovers out there.

Current flatmate is a 20 year-old female student studying at Victoria University. Very friendly and easy to get along with. Not a big partier but enjoys a good drink with friends occasionally.
